What happens
during an appointment?




Patrick has worked at various locations and this has formulated his ideas on running a practice.


Patrick’s aim is to make patients feel at ease when they come for treatment and to provide a professional but friendly environment.

For this reason appointments are 45 minutes long to allow for treatment and any questions the patient might like to ask, so that there is no feeling of being rushed.

Osteopathic training includes a knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and diagnostic tests.

First visit

A detailed case history is taken, followed by an examination and any diagnostic testing to ascertain the nature of the problem.

Once this is known, Patrick will discuss his findings, the treatment plan and, if appropriate, give some treatment.

The number of treatments and frequency of treatment varies from case to case.
